ciroccojIt would be totally awesome if lawyers could ignore the rules of confidentiality so that when one of their clients fired them and hired another lawyer, the fired lawyer could warn the hired lawyer of the hell they were about to experience.
As it is, it is not comforting to give or to receive the comment, "Ah, yes, Client X. Um... have... fun with that."
Shrieking maniacal laughter is not comforting either.
