I've just been to one of the more terrifying websites ever, the Gallery of Regrettable Food. It's a collection of old (1920-1960) cookbooks with snarky commentary on the side. Courtesy of my friend Sarah, she who was gracious enough to share the Despair.com website with me a little while ago. Sarah, where do you get these things?

Must-see parts of the site: Party Cake Houses and Meat! Meat! Meat!.

[livejournal.com profile] heathers, why am I thinking of you as I post these links? Perhaps I'm still traumatized from your pumelo pictures ;)

Leave my pummelo alone! ;)

Hahaha, I've seen that before. I have to say most of that meat they were making fun of was merely bad pictures of good recipes. Well, except the smoker's phlegm and lima bean one. Those were quite questionable. Heh.

When looking at the Meat!Meat!Meat! home page, my mother - from the door - said:

"I think I have that book."

Despair.com! I love that site. I sent [livejournal.com profile] bear one of those Demotivators as a "good luck" card. :)

Friend of mine turned me onto those a few years ago. She has one up in her office.

Glad to be of service

Glad to fill everyone's days with laughter. As to where I get all these, well, I'm not telling, because why would you visit my site if you knew all the things I know? {grin}
