a drop in a bucket

ciroccojJust got a photobucket account, and I'm playing around. Here's some random bits from my hard drive:
Look around.
The first picture of a baby is Chris. The picture of a woman reading is of my mother at our wedding (my brother Nicholas is beside her). In the picture of Chris and I cutting our wedding cake, he had just said something naughty.
The picture of me, a baby and an old woman was taken in 1997 - the old woman is my grandmother and the baby is Daniel. The picture of Daniel kissing my pregnant belly was taken about 2 hours before Justin was born.
The picture of the birthday cake was taken 7 hours after Justin was born, during Daniel's 3rd birthday party. If you look really close, you can see Justin's foot sticking out of the blankets on my lap. The picture of a baby in a pink dress is of Justin at his first Halloween. The picture of Justin eating a cake was taken at their first joint birthday party (Daniel 4, Justin 1). The man holding Daniel and Justin on his lap in the next picture is Guy.
The picture of the kids grinning with their arms around each other was taken when we went camping together for the first time, two years ago. The next picture is of Daniel and Justin exchanging their Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve, as per Rae family tradition. ninja_kat's wedding. And I'd be happy to post a picture of her too, if that's OK - which I guess is a little late because I believe I already posted a picture of their wedding when it happened.

Date: 2004-09-03 07:39 pm (UTC)Hee - Chris took that one the year that he was a stay-at-home dad. Both of us kept copies in our wallets for a long time. It's one of my favourites too :)
And no, my hair isn't that long any more - I chopped it a few months after Justin was born and kept it short until I started law school. It's now down to my shoulders. I'm aiming to get it back to waist-length again :)
