ciroccoj | Fic fans in high places

It's so funny when life imitates art. There's this X-Files slashfic I read ages ago, and I wish I could remember the name of the fic or the author or the site it was posted on, or even the quality of the fic. Alas, I can only remember the plot (vaguely): Mulder and Skinner are in some government or shadow-government military site, and they stumble across a Sooper-Sekrit New Dastardly Weapon. It is a chemical that temporarily renders its targets (a) overwhelmingly horny and (b) overwhelmingly gay. Needless to say, Mulder and Skinner "accidentally" get exposed to it and end up... um... male bondaging. For hours. Much to their hilarious heterosexual dismay once the chemicals are out of their systems.

Talk about Deus Ex Chemica. I remember reading it and thinking, "What the... where do people get these ideas anyway?"
