I once considered getting myself another pseudonym if I ever posted something rather racy that I was a little uncomfortable owning up to. Then I realized that, knowing me, I'd probably just end up telling everyone my Harlequin Ficwriter pseudonym anyway, and render moot the whole "I'm too embarrassed to let anyone know I wrote this" reason for getting the pseudonym in the first place.
