::snicker:: The kiddy hamsters would not be watching; they'd be grabbing the paintbrushes and spinning the rollers just to watch the paint spin right off and spatter the bars of the hamster cage ;)
We went out for the day. Best way to get your house painted: leave with crappy walls and your stuff all over the place; return to lovely walls... and your stuff all over the place. But! Lovely walls :)
Major coolness! Congrats! I remember exactly how excited I was when our abode was being painted, it was like: "Good gods, it looks like a real actual house now! Squee!" ;-)
