I think this winter is really starting to convince some people who used to really not take global warming seriously. Damn... I wish I had your optimism, and I hope you're right. Because personally, I don't see it. I don't think anything will convince certain people that there's something wrong. Or, more importantly, that there's something they can/should do about it. Case in point, a poll taken not long ago said that something like 71% of Americans believe that there is such a thing as global warming... but only 41% believe it has anything to do with humans.
