ciroccojSo a few months ago Chris saw that there was going to be a conference in Toronto, but it didn't look that interesting. Then our car had a minor glitch, and the only place to get it fixed was in Toronto, and his sister was getting married and we haven't seen her in a long time and had never met her fiance and they live Toronto, and we also wanted to see our friends Todd and Susan who live between Ottawa and Toronto, and the Harry Potter exhibit was at the Ontario Science Museum and that's in Toronto... so: Toronto!
Chris had a fun & learned lots at the conference. We had a great dinner with Chris' sister and her wonderful fiance, who is marrying a girl with four older brothers and thus should never ever again feel the need to prove his bravery. The Harry Potter exhibit was awesome, we spent eight hours taking in the entire Ontario Science Centre and it rocked, the Art Gallery of Ontario had their King Tut exhibit and it was even better than the Harry Potter exhibit, got some lovely eaties at the St. Lawrence market, saw Todd and Susan on the way home and it was great, I somehow not only didn't gain weight while away - I actually lost some, the entire thing was a great success...
...except Chris' car has gone from a minor glitch to a major one. We think they forgot to plug something in. Ah well, you can't have it all.
