I only hope he doesn't end up driving himself to Emerg at 3AM like he did last time he sliced off part of an appendage while cooking.

Good stir fry though.

Okay, this made us all giggle and wince over here. So much love for y'all. Hope Chris is healing well. Been there, done that myself... though never in an ostensibly-meatless dish!

LOL yeah he's doing OK; at least no trip to the Emerg! We haven't yet looked under the bandages to see just how much came off.

Apparently another friend of mine did the same thing, only while she was off at the hospital her boyfriend very kindly finished the pasta sauce she'd been making. She hadn't looked for her finger before tearing off to the hospital, so she didn't eat the pasta sauce. Because it had been supposed to be vegetarian ;)
